      Our dress-making factory has been in business since 1986. The total area of the factory makes 2000 square meters. The company employs about 150 employees, of whom 120 are sewers, pressing equipment operators, and cutters. Currently there are two cutting shops in the factory that use 14 m and 10 m cutting tables, three HOFFMAN band cutting tools, GREAT OCEAN, KAIXUAN manual cutting tools, three cutting rulers. One fusing press NHJ-A900    (0,9 m width) enables to do block fusing. Mini press SR-400 is also available.One of the nine cutting shop employees is a cutting shop technologist. 5 lines are used in the process of manufacturing: 3 lines (each of them operated by 20-25 employees) are used for skirts, trousers, tops, blouses, jackets; line 4 is operated by 40 people and is designated for jackets and coats; line 5 is used for finishing. The whole technological process is controlled by two technologists.The company has  new multipurpose JUKI and BROTHER sewing machines, BROTHER, GEMSY, JUKI and PEGASUS serger overlocks (five-stitch and three-stitch), JUKI straight stitch machines, decorative stitching machines (one of the BROTHER machines makes stitches with bartacking), JUKI and K-CHANCE button sewers, BROTHER cover hem machines, DURKOPP and SINGER bartacking machines, buttonhole machine, double needle machines,zigzag stitching and hemstitching machines. With the view to improve the production efficiency and quality of garments, the factory has purchased BROTHER automatic pocket welt machine (with the function of sewing pockets with zipper, non-woven adhesive interlining supply), MYUNGJIN S.M. small-size articles automatic machine, BROTHER five-stitch serger for making long stitches, label attaching machine, COMEL ironing tables, and CAMPTEL steam form finisher. The factory produces about 200 000 pieces of different garments annually.
